Position: Estate Operative
Location: Manhattan Plaza
Working Hours: Monday Friday 0800 - 1600
Salary: £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Development Details:
This role will be based at a new high end development located in Poplar, East London and is located a short walk away from All Saints, Blackwall and Poplar stations on the DLR. With 170 residential units, this development benefits from several on-site amenities including a residents car park and a gym.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
* Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
* Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
* Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
* Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
* Have the mindset of: your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
* Youll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. (Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years).
