Fast paced café/restaurant is seeking a Catering Manager to deliver excellent food, service, and a great experience for all their customers.
Key Requirements for the Role:
1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a varied team within a busy restaurant/café.
2. Sales-driven, achieving company targets and budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is met and company guidelines are followed.
3. Experience in kitchen and front-of-house management.
4. Understanding of an EPOS till system.
5. Excellent cooking skills and food presentation.
6. Ensuring appropriate menu offerings at all times, with a high level of presentation within a hygienic and safe environment.
7. Understanding of managing waste and budgets with good margin control.
8. Passion for customer service in a restaurant environment as well as business management skills.
