Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch) + one Saturday per month (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

We are seeking a highly motivated Lettings and Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is customer-focused, and is driven to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and landlords, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings efficiently.
* Prepare tenancy agreements, sales documentation, and compliance paperwork.
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
* Handle referencing, right-to-rent checks, and tenancy renewals.
* Maintain accurate property listings across online platforms and in-office displays.
* Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
* Ensure properties comply with legal and safety regulations (EPCs, gas safety, EICR certificates).
* Process invoices, rental payments, and deposit registrations.
* Support the team in meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining client records.
What We’re Looking For:
* Full UK driving license and own transport (essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* IT proficiency and experience with property management software (preferred).
* Knowledge of the local property market and regulations (desirable).
* Previous experience in a similar lettings or sales role (advantageous).
Full Training Provided:
* Comprehensive induction training on company systems and processes.

* Workshops on property law, market trends, customer service, and sales techniques.
