Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service/Business Administration Apprentice in their very busy and extremely successful Salford, Manchester location.
As an employee you will gain valuable knowledge of their customer service responsibilities, buying policies, marketing strategies, sales forecasting, distribution processes and administration procedures. Along with an in-depth profit and loss acumen. Ensuring you advance your commercial understanding through the completion of your apprenticeship.
Our client will support and help to develop the apprentice, supplying them with a diverse set of skills, experience and product knowledge to enable them to become successful in their chosen role. Being capable of developing and allowing them to unlock their full potential.

The role:
Possible start date: 01.07.2024
Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 5:30pm
Total working hours: 40
What you will do in your working day:
1. Bill paying
2. Customer returns
3. Invoice queries
4. Inventory management
5. Health and Safety
6. Goods received
7. Internet optimisation
8. Price file management
9. Filing
10. Some customer service
The training you will receive:
11. Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
12. All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes.
13. Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required.
Prospects:
Full-time role on successful completion of this apprenticeship.
Things to consider:
If you are over the age of 19 and complete a 1-year apprenticeship then this will increase to fall in line with employers’ rate for your age, otherwise you will stay on the apprentice rate.
