Europe’s leading integrated Defense Company is on the lookout for a talented Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer - someone who isn’t afraid to push boundaries and redefine what’s possible.
Here, you won’t just be another cog in a delivery machine; you’ll be instrumental in designing, building, testing, and implementing seeker software for next-generation missile systems.

* Together, you’ll drive the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) of complex, real-time software embedded within missile sub-components.
* Your insights will shape the architecture, influence design, and ensure every aspect undergoes rigorous testing and verification.
* But here’s the exciting part: it’s not all just theoretical. You’ll dive into the hands-on world of missile components and testing equipment, witnessing your work come to life in a state-of-the-art lab environment.
Minimum Requirements:
* Security Clearance: Must be a British citizen or dual UK national, eligible or already holding SC Clearance.
* Real-Time Embedded: Demonstrated experience in developing hard real-time embedded software.

* Communication Protocols: Solid knowledge of protocols like SPI, UART, Ethernet, and PCI-Express.
* Design Methodologies: Familiarity with software design practices such as UML.
* Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess system performance and ensure seamless integration.
* Full SDLC: Hands-on experience across the full software development life cycle.
