Role Overview: Consultant Support
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consultant Support. This role is essential to our operations and offers a clear pathway to advancement, with the opportunity to step into the Senior Consultant Support position. You’ll gain valuable experience working closely with senior team members, contributing to a variety of tasks such as protection submissions, research, quotes, applications, and managing service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update client management systems to ensure accurate records.
* Handle the Letter of Authority process for client engagements.
* Follow up on provider information and client queries to ensure timely resolutions.
* Produce detailed portfolio reports for clients.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently.
* Process basic transactions such as withdrawals.
* Perform general admin tasks and prepare client packs for meetings and reviews.
* Facilitate communication between clients and the company.
* Draft review letters for clients.
* Provide audio typing support, accurately transcribing recorded materials.
* Assist consultants and the wider support team with additional admin duties.
* Manage the pipeline of ongoing projects and tasks.
* Prepare and send appointment confirmation letters.
* Complete and submit Business Submissions.
Key Skills and Attributes:
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using client management software and systems, ideally Intelligent Office.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* A proactive approach to solving problems and delivering excellent client service.
* Industry experience essential.
