Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Mathematics teacher on behalf of our client, a secondary school in the Middleton area. The school are looking for a passionate teacher with a great understanding of the curriculum in order to support their current team of 6. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to support the head of department in the planning, delivery and marking of the curriculum. You will be teaching to both KS3 and KS4 pupils, of varying class sizes and abilities. You will also help to monitor the progress of pupils and help to create action plans for those that may be struggling or under achieving. The school are open to applications from both established maths teachers and ECT’s, with a guaranteed interview for all suitable candidates.
