The focus will be ensuring our structure, processes and systems are cost effective and work efficiently for our residents to achieve the aims, objectives and priorities of the Council. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring continuous improvement activity and plans along with assisting with development of strategic performance indicators to enable effective and meaningful measurement of Council services and objectives.
