What's involved with this role: Role: Area Property Operations Manager Job Ref: QAD 3652/1004 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rate Hours per week: 37 hours Contract Length: 6 months Location: Aylesbury The successful candidate will undergo enhanced DBS for the role Location: Aylesbury area 4 days per week (Usually Monday to Thursday) 1 day in office - Candidates MUST be based within a commutable distance of the role We are looking for an Area Property Operations Manager for an initial 6 month contract. You will be responsible for working directly with clients and suppliers, including regular site visits, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) services. This is a key contract management role requiring specialist knowledge, with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of the contract and works projects, defining projects and for technical and statutory assurance. You should have strong experience in property and FM disciplines and be able to demonstrate compliance with statutory, regulatory and professional requirements in previous roles.
