Salary: £25,522 per annum (Professional Services Grade 5)

Quality Coordinator – The Role:
Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for education and quality assurance? Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain high standards across both Higher and Further Education. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting key quality processes throughout the college, providing essential administrative and organisational support to the Quality and Innovation team and the Director for Teaching, Learning and Assessment.
Quality Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate Quality Assurance: Oversee internal quality assurance processes, including lesson observations, external verification, and handling complaints/compliments.
* Support Performance Management: Assist in managing teaching, learning, and assessment performance through record-keeping and scheduling activities.
* Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for courses, modules, and quality assurance outcomes.
* Reporting & Data Management: Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of the Quality Data Dashboard and support key reporting activities.
* Course Approvals & Assessments: Organise new course approvals and quality impact assessments.
* Efficient Administration: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, arranging transport, and taking minutes.
* Student Feedback & Support: Manage student surveys, coordinate feedback, and act as the point of contact for student support services (DSA, ALS, etc.).
* HESA & NSS Coordination: Assist with Higher Education returns, Office for Students (OfS) reporting, and the National Student Survey (NSS).
Quality Coordinator – You:
We are looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in education.
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using management and information systems.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Essential Qualifications
* To hold a Level 3 qualification (A Level, BTEC National Diploma etc.) or be willing to work towards one.
* To hold a Literacy and numeracy Level 2 qualification (GCSE A-C or equivalent).
* Commitment to and evidence of CPD.
