Working hours: 42 hours per week- working on the waking night ROTA. (42 hours to cover a 4 weekly, 12 hour shift rota with 2 staff at all times)

One of the UK’s most inspiring and best known faith-based organisations, is looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join their new team, as part of STEP Project in Denbighshire.
The aim of this project STEP ((Support that empower people) is to provide a better, overall, experience of living in temporary accommodation in Denbighshire, where people are supported to improve their wellbeing and build on their future.
STEP will support up to 50 households across bespoke supported living facilities, in Rhyl.
STEP is at the beginning of its journey, and we are looking for a unique and talented person who is keen to travel with us.
Key Responsibilities:
To work in partnership with our wider team supporting families and single people living in temporary emergency accommodation across multiple sites in Rhyl.
To assist in delivering our programme of meaningful activities and co-production opportunities, providing structure and purpose for families and single people across multiple community locations.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to:
Work an evening and night- time shift pattern.
Demonstrate good communication and IT skills.
Bring positive motivation towards supporting homeless and vulnerable people.
Enjoy working as part of a team.
Hold the ability to work in sympathy with the spiritual principles of The Salvation Army.
