Job Requirements
* Ability to manage both internal and external relationships
* Excellent presentation and communication abilities
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Extensive network of travel agent relationships in the South of the UK
* Proven track record in travel account management
* Minimum 2 years' field-based experience in travel industry sales
Job Responsibilities
* Work with internal partners, providing feedback and competitor insight
* Work strategically with suppliers to maximise partnership value
* Provide market intelligence to shape company strategy
* Organise and host dynamic training events, roadshows, and FAM trips
* Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and market trends
* Spend 3-4 days a week meeting with travel agents
* Lead business development across the South of the UK
