Our Client is a successful independent estate agency based in Epsom and is looking to expand their team with a lettings progressor.

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am - 6pm
Tasks
1. Liaising with landlords, tenants, lettings manager and directors
2. Checking paperwork is in place (references, right to rents)
3. Creating tenancy agreements, move in monies invoices
4. Registering deposits
5. Booking inventories, pre-tenancy cleans, gas safeties, EICR, EPCs ensuring all is ready in time for the new move
6. Working with property managers to ensure any pre-check works are done
7. Ensuring all monies and paperwork are returned and received in time for the new move in
8. Inputting fees (landlord fees)
9. Requesting let only landlord to pay their fees
10. Inputting contractors invoices
