Responsibilities To support or lead in the delivery of cardiovascular and vascular promotional projects, events and educational programmes from inception through to publication. Organisation of educational content creation, typically filmed with leading physicians, including but not exclusive to: interviews, webinars, round tables, and peer-to-peer discussions (filmed virtually and on-site). To lead or support in planning and executing of publishing projects to ensure they deliver the highest quality content within scope, brief and budget. Internal stakeholder management / support throughout the delivery phase – including, but not exclusive to, account managers, medical writers, and Marketing, Education, and Audio-Visual teams – to ensure the creation of best-in-class content for publication on both Radcliffe’s and third-party websites. Physician / key opinion leader management / liaison. Client management throughout the delivery cycle, to ensure transparency and adherence to project plans and operating procedures. Skills and Experience A minimum of two years’ experience working as a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Events Coordinator or equivalent, ideally with a medical communications, events, publishing or agency background. Project management skills, ideally accrued within the health education sector or a related field (desirable but not compulsory). Qualified to degree level or equivalent. Good communication and inter-personal skills. The ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously. Self-motivated. A fast learner, with a desire for growth and development.
