The postholder role will sit role within the Workforce Development Hub.
The postholder will support workforce expansion within Cheshire and Merseyside Talking Therapies teams. The post holder will provide quality, comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and project supportto The Cheshire and Merseyside Workforce Development Hub.
Provide an expert, high quality and customer service led recruitment service to the Trust, ensuringcompliance with the appropriate policies, procedures, and legislation.
Ensure that all recruitment requests are handled efficiently and effectively, whilst maintaining responsibility for the project activities within Talking Therapies services.
To establish and maintain good working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including healthcare professionals both Trustwide and external staff, ensuring diplomacy, discretion and professionalism.

1. To input, maintain and retrieve information from relevant project development databases that contain key information from across providers and trusts and to assist in the preparation of statistical, audit information and assist in time limited projects as requested.
2. To navigate telephone calls using a high level of initiative, responding in a confidential and sensitive way and taking action in the appropriate manner.
3. To assist the project facilitator by following up with stakeholders via email and telephone and to act as the initial communication link for stakeholders. To sort, distribute and prioritise incoming information, using judgement and experience to decide which correspondence is passed to the team and which is retained for action as appropriate.
4. To prepare for meetings and to participate, take accurate notes and follow up actions, produce minutes and circulate as per Trust Guidance.
5. Maintaining up to date and accurate diaries which involves making service-related supervision appointments, interviews, arranging meetings/events/hearings, note taking, booking venues and arranging travel requirements.
6. Support the development of workforce development hub documents.
7. Provide comprehensive advice to managers / clients regarding service-related processes and ensure all managers and clients are informed of changes to processes either verbally or in writing.
