Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Aylesbury
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
Salary: £22,914 per annum
Working Pattern: Hybrid working (3 days at home, 2 days in the office)

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service. Your main duties will include:
1. Efficiently and effectively handling customer calls, providing solutions tailored to their needs
2. Providing excellent customer service in line with company policies and procedures
3. Delivering educational and professional service by promoting and upselling organisation products and services
4. Collating and providing customer feedback to improve service quality
5. Resolving customer complaints and ensuring complete satisfaction
Essential:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Background within customer services
3. Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
4. Excellent problem-solving skills
5. Proficiency in accurate data capture and management
