What’s on Offer:
£97-120 per day
⏰ Long-Term Commitment: Temp-Perm position throughout 2024/25.
Immediate Start:
Full-Time Contract: Monday – Friday
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience Preferred: Ideal candidates will have previous experience working with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD.
Handling Challenges: Previous experience managing Challenging/Confrontational Behavior is a plus!

What You’ll Do:
Guiding Growth: Work closely with individuals and groups of students to ensure they stay on task and complete activities set by the teacher.
️ Addressing Needs: Tackle behavioural and special needs issues alongside the teacher, fostering a supportive classroom environment.
Teacher’s Right Hand: Provide invaluable support to the class teacher by helping to implement lesson plans, aims, and content.
Small Group Leadership: Lead small groups of students in defined activities, fostering engagement and learning. ️ Ensuring Safety: Provide unwavering support for individuals and groups of pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
Individualised Support: Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans, tailored to each student’s unique needs.
Building Bridges: Cultivate strong student-teacher rapport, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
1. ✅ Hold Right to Work in the UK
2. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
3. Provide professional related references
