About Us: We are a well-established, multi-site mixed practice with a team of 15 experienced Veterinary Surgeons, skilled RVNs, and a dedicated team of support staff. You’ll be working closely with our Practice Manager as well as the Clinical Directors of our Large Animal team. Our main site is purpose-built, with exciting plans to further expand our facilities and services. We are committed to providing top-quality care for our clients and their pets, and we actively encourage and support further education and professional development. What We’re Looking For: As a Clinical Director, you’ll need to be passionate about delivering excellent patient care, with strong communication and organisational skills. While leadership experience is ideal, we welcome candidates with an interest in developing their business acumen and stepping into a leadership role. Your role will involve working alongside our talented team to guide the direction of the practice and help it continue to thrive. The Role: This is a full-time position, working four days a week with a half-day Saturday on a 1:4 rota. Importantly, there is no out-of-hours work, ensuring you have plenty of time to enjoy life outside of work. Life in Anglesey: If you love the outdoors, Anglesey is a paradise.
