Front of House – up to £30k – Central London – Leading Investment Firm – Great Benefits – Full time in office – Start ASAP A leading Investment firm are seeking a pro-active and personable front of house, to join their team within slick and open plan offices in the heart of central London. With a European presence and a passion for dedication and professionalism, this will be the perfect opportunity for a novice seeking an entry level position – a keen interest in this field would be a bonus What you’ll do- You will be the sole front of house support in the office – Partners and Managing Director’s included. Day-to-day responsibilities are very varied, therefore multi-tasking is certainly key. Duties include (not all): General Front of House responsibilities Client hospitality (i.e., offering refreshments, showing guests to meeting rooms, etc). Receiving company phone calls. Meeting room management and small level of office Health and safety compliance Administrative support with internal and external accounts Vendor coordination Ad-hoc administrative support to the office manager Who you are – Ideally a front of house with some hospitality or work experience. Confidence is key in this role as you will be liaising with clients daily.
