Role Overview: As a Runner & Waitress/Waiter, you’ll be the vital link between our kitchen and our guests, ensuring orders are served promptly and with a smile. You’ll support the waitstaff to ensure an exceptional dining experience while helping to maintain the flow of service in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
1. Run Food: Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring orders are correct and presented beautifully.
2. Provide Excellent Service: Assist our waitstaff by greeting guests, taking orders, refilling drinks, and ensuring every guest is satisfied.
3. Assist with Setup and Clean-Up: Help with setting up tables before service, and make sure the dining area is clean and organized throughout the shift.
4. Be a Team Player: Work alongside our front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
What We Are Looking For:
1. A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
2. A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
3. The ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
4. Prior experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
