Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering your own lessons each day. Marking and assessing pupils' work to track their progress, providing valuable feedback to parents/guardians. Offering support and guidance to your pupils, with a particular focus on preparing them for the phonics screener. Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy and safeguarding procedures. Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment where pupils feel supported and can thrive.Applicants must hold a QTS and demonstrate a passion for helping children fulfil their academic and personal potential. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
