We are looking for graduates to work with students aged 11–18 at an Ofsted-rated 'excellent' school in Chesterfield. The role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, moderate to severe learning difficulties, ADHD, and Autism. The behaviors can be challenging but rewarding for those passionate about making a difference in young adults’ social and emotional development.
Requirements
* Experience working with pupils with SEND
* Experience supporting vulnerable children or adults
* Ability to adapt to challenging situations
* Teamwork skills
* Driver’s license and access to a car
