The Opportunity
UserTesting is looking for a results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager with strong demand generation skills and integrated campaigns experience, to fuel our growth in the DACH region, with a primary focus on Germany. In this role, you will be part of our EMEA Marketing team and you'll be the driving force behind UserTesting’s field marketing strategy in DACH. Partnering with sales and customer success, you'll spearhead the development and execution of the integrated regional marketing plan, leveraging local and central resources, to drive pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities include:
* Partner with GTM/Sales leaders and Global marketing teams to develop regional priorities and integrated marketing programs to meet pipeline and revenue goals. Focused on: new logo acquisition, existing customer expansion and driving brand awareness.
* Own the regional KPIs and results, tracking end-to-end from budget spend to pipeline generated and deals won. Use the data and learnings to optimise performance continuously.
* Develop impactful relationships with key stakeholders, including regional GTM leadership and teams, Global Marketing teams, and customers, ensuring flawless communication.
* As part of integrated regional campaigns, identify, plan, and execute in-person/virtual field events, regional webinars, 3rd party sponsorships, and email programs to meet goals.
* Drive strategic expansion opportunities with high-value customers through highly targeted Account Based Marketing programs.
* Partner with our Global Digital Demand team to execute digital tactics such as paid social, paid search, SEO, and web localisation.
* Partner with our Global Campaigns team to drive the localisation of campaigns, and messaging to resonate with the local audience while maintaining global brand consistency.
* Partner with product marketing, corporate marketing and a variety of internal & external thought-leaders to develop region-relevant content that engages and attracts customers.
* Collaborate with the regional marketing team on lessons learned and best practices to continually improve the regional marketing model.
What we are looking for:
* Fluent written and spoken German and English is vital.
* You'll need the flexibility to travel within the region as the role requires.
* Extensive experience in Regional/Field marketing role within a B2B SaaS company targeting large Enterprises.
* Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with Sales and Marketing stakeholders, driving collaborative efforts to achieve shared goals.
* Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise marketing strategies in DACH, with a focus on demand generation. Account Based Marketing experience is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally.
* Team player with a proactive, self-starter attitude and results-driven mindset.
* Experience with Salesforce for reporting, leads and campaign management.
