Job Profile: Transformation Project Manager (Retail)
Join our dynamic team to lead the transformation of our retail operations and enhance the onboard shopping experience for our guests. Partnering closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Retail teams, you will drive impactful organisational change, ensuring smooth rollouts and high levels of engagement across the business.
Responsibilities:
* Define and deliver retail transformation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Lead organisational change initiatives at head office and across a geographically diverse retail estate.
* Enhance onboard retail performance by developing training programs, sales techniques, and product knowledge initiatives.
* Coordinate resources and ensure alignment with the company’s retail vision.
* Manage project documentation and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to support program success.
Skills/Experience:
* Proven project management expertise, with experience in agile and continuous improvement environments.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives within a complex program structure.
* Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Excellent planning, organisation, and time management abilities.
* Passion for retail transformation, change management, and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a mid-large retailer (50+ outlets), duty-free, or seafaring environments.
* Demonstrated success managing change across a geographically varied retail estate.
