We’re currently looking for an Operational Trainer on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract basis. This position sits within the Digital Transformation team. We are flexible on the location of this role and can be based in Glasgow or London. This exciting time in our Digital Transformation Programme, and you will be able to immediately contribute to the teams’ goals to establish digital training solutions. The Job Reporting to the Business Readiness & Change Lead, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following: Identifying training needs. Designing and building training to provide role-specific guidance on products, and processes. Writing training content and accompanying materials using TAP (or similar) principles. Developing digital learning solutions, eg ‘How to’ videos and step by step guides. Working cooperatively as part of a team and collaboratively with peers, internally and externally. Need to be well organised and manage training deliverables from agile sprint releases. The Person We’re looking for someone who: Understands how to apply a structured approach to building training content Has a good understanding of project management within an agile environment Some knowledge of Workday Learning (or a similar LMS) would be desirable Experience of developing blended learning solutions Good knowledge of learning principles and ‘how to’ video design techniques Camtasia (or similar) software experience Knowledge of recent trends and developments e.g. Digital Adoption Platform Experience working in an agile environment Experience creating content from storyboards or scripts Our Benefits We strive to create an environment where you can prioritise your wellbeing and so have designed our benefits to give you the flexibility and power to do so.
