Description Join the Client Tax Operations Utility team and be responsible for setting governance standards across Transformation, Programs and Governance and ensure adherence to those standards. As a Client Tax Operations - Program Management - Associate in Client Tax Operations Utility team you will be responsible for transforming data into impactful visualizations, drawing out key themes and automating executive-level reporting. You will create and maintain strong relationships with a variety of key stakeholders across the larger organization, Legal, Corporate Tax and the lines of business we support. You will be responsible for introducing standards and defined processes for portfolio governance. You will take a leading role in driving first-class reporting across the organization. Job responsibilities Governs project management ensure standardization, reduces duplication, and leverages resources and efficiencies Partners with internal teams to champion and guide new projects and create vital partnerships that improve the experience of our clients and employees Reports on project & program initiatives, forecast strategic trends, and reports on key metrics Coordinates and delivers business strategies to remain diligent with regulatory requirements while improving the client experience Cultivates fact-based, data-driven decision making to facilitate discussions between internal strategic partners to identify process improvements and share best practices Manages project, resource, and technology requests and prioritization discussions to secure funding needed to promote change across our organization Performs capacity tracking and analysis ensuring the right resources are assigned to the right initiatives at the right time Encourages standardization of processes by evidencing leveraged practices, documentation, and retention requirements across our program and project management community Facilitates program and project management training sessions to improve data quality, evidence of standardized processes, and promote continuous improvement culture Engages in the management of specific projects, provide analysis support, and assist with other project related requests, as needed Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Prior experience operating with matrix management with demonstrable leadership capabilities Demonstrated executive written and verbal communication skills with ability to story tell and present to stakeholders up, down, and across organizational structures Prior experience using data & metrics to transform an organization Strong problem-solving skills, with an interest in creative process improvement College degree and / or previous experience in client service, risk management, program management, operations, technology, or portfolio management Confirmed experience managing strategic roadmaps and leading working groups that deliver on commitments timely and within budget Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Client onboarding, tax information reporting and withholding, and tax certification Regulatory compliance, Common Reporting Standards {CRS}, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA} Automation as a Service, Alteryx, Tableau
