SmartPro are currently recruiting a Office Manager to join our manufacturing client with global brands at their brand new site based in the Swansea area. Hours of work: Mon to Fri Days: 40 hours per week Salary: Up to 34k depending on experience Contract: Permanent The Role: The Office Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing and supporting divisional office functions. This position will provide administrative support and assistance to the order process department and to the finance team. You will assist with the smooth administration functions of the business on a day-to-day basis. Effective communication with the office team is essential to ensure activities are appropriately prioritised, managed and completed, often in response to tight deadlines, and multiple requests. Responsibilities of the Office Manager: Overseeing the day-to-day administration duties and delegating tasks. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and department heads Ensure programs such as Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce CRM and Xero are utilised daily in all divisions for reporting. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Greeting and assisting visitors to site. Supervise, train, and mentor administrative staff as appropriate. Maintaining computerised and manual filing systems. Communicate effectively with all staff, in person and electronically. Timely and accurate completion of daily jobs as may be allocated and prioritised from time to time, in accordance with company processes and procedures. Requirements for the Office Manager: Relevant experience in an office environment, ideally in a manufacturing setting. Experience with office management, systems and procedures. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
