Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Developer to take on responsibility and grow their skill set in a supportive yet challenging environment. You will play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365, focusing on sales, customer service, and customer engagement modules. Working closely with a small but growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on the company’s technological advancements. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a focus on sales, customer service, and customer engagement functionalities. Customise and configure Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Contribute to testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 applications. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CRM performance and functionality. Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and related technologies to recommend enhancements and best practices. Key Requirements: A minimum of 1 year’s experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM. Hands-on experience with web development frameworks, including JavaScript and HTML. Proficiency in working with SQL databases. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Knowledge of Azure services and how they integrate with Dynamics 365. Experience with CRM data migration and integration tools. Certification in Dynamics 365 or related technologies is a bonus.
