SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to support their small finance team during ongoing periods of business growth. This role is a great opportunity for somebody to join a business that will aid and later rely on your progress and development and later become a senior member of the transactional finance team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. The processing of incoming orders on the finance system.
2. Ensure all customers are invoiced, applications for payment are processed and customer records are kept up to date on all applicable computer systems.
3. Manage the Replay Invoice schedule, ensuring it is kept up to date.
4. The daily posting of all incoming receipts.
5. Ensure all customers pay on time by being proactive, sending regular statements, chasing payment by email and telephone, and resolving any queries.
6. Implement debt collection processes.
7. Invoice reconciliations.
