What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver Dynamic Training - Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
Assess & Feedback - Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
Develop the Curriculum - Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners gain real-world skills.
Support & Mentor - Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
Keep Records Up to Date - Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments.
Work as a Team - Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Stay Ahead of the Game - Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.
What You Need To Bring To The Table
A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
A passion for helping people succeed
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)
Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)
Bonus points if you’ve worked as an Employability Tutor before (but not essential!)
Salary & Hours
The advertised salary will be pro-rata, based on the agreed hours.
Our opening hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
