We are looking for a candidate who has experience within an office environment (preferably in the waste, drainage, or transport sector), and a friendly manner may have previously gained experience from any scheduling or customer related role. Most importantly you must have excellent communication, planning and IT skills.
This is a full-time role working 45 hours per week across the days of Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00am and 17:00pm. Please note that this role is based fully on site.
Answering and actioning calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner, to provide an excellent level of customer service internal and external. Planning daily schedules on a CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with site operatives and allocate jobs
2. Dealing with inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone or email.
3. Liaising with customers and internal staff via email and telephone.
4. Log all activities in a timely manner on company’s CRM system
5. Scheduling jobs.
6. Administration.
7. Processing invoices.
Qualities And Attributes (Advantageous)
1. Previous experience within customer service, inbound/outbound calls and job dispatching/booking
2. Good verbal communication skills
3. Previous experience within the waste, drainage, or transport sector
4. Self-motivated and happy to work alone and as part of a team when required
5. Personable and presentable, taking pride in appearance and reputation of both self and company
6. Prepared to learn new skills and undertake new activities in line with company growth and personal development.
