Experience What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous experience in financial services, specifically supporting an Independent Financial Advisor, is essential. Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook). Familiarity with Intelliflo is beneficial but not essential – we provide full training. Attributes: A proactive and organised team player who can prioritise effectively, work independently, and multitask. Qualifications: Financial Planning qualifications are desirable, but not essential. We encourage professional development and will cover the cost of your exams. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisors, adhering to FCA compliance and company standards. Manage client queries, request fund values, and prepare documentation with accuracy and professionalism. Liaise with product providers and third parties to gather required information and ensure smooth processes. Maintain meticulous records of all client communications in line with company policies. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure clients are always supported, even during staff absences.
