What You’ll Be Doing Driving New Business – Identify fresh opportunities, engage prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and secure qualified appointments. Nurturing Relationships – Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team. Staying Organized – Keep Salesforce and other sales tools updated with prospect data, outreach activity, and performance metrics. Collaborating & Innovating – Work with enterprise and inside sales teams to refine lead qualification processes. Hitting Targets – Meet or exceed monthly quotas to ensure a strong pipeline for client growth. What We’re Looking For Experience in Automotive Sales – Previous success in selling to the automotive industry. SaaS/Tech Know-How – Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus. High-Volume Outreach Skills – Comfortable making multiple calls and emails daily while maintaining energy and positivity. Competitive Drive – Ambitious, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change. CRM Proficiency – Familiar with Salesforce or similar platforms and sales engagement tools. Great Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages. Organized & Efficient – Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a structured pipeline. No Degree Required – What matters most is your drive and experience. What’s on Offer Salary: £28,000–£32,000 base £4,000 annual KPI bonus (uncapped). Flexible Work Setup – Choose between remote work or joining the Hitchin office.
