Our Sales Teams look after small to medium size business right through to some of the largest resellers across the UK. Working with these accounts can be demanding – the teams work at a fast pace and are used to managing a busy workload. In this Outbound Sales role you will drive new business across your account base with the aim of growing the accounts and pro-actively managing new opportunities.
What is the role?
You will pro-actively manage and create new opportunities from your assigned account base, developing relationships and growing your accounts to full potential.
How will you do this?
As outbound account manager your focus will be on developing relationships with warm clients, driving business development vital in maximising growth across a select account base. Your role will be mapping and targeting accounts through pro-active calls and applying your tenacity to ensure that your individual KPI’s are met along with hitting team targets.
You will also develop your product and client understanding to identify your customer’s needs and grow excellent relationships across your account base. This position is integral to the growth of Westcoast and there will be plenty of opportunity for recognition and praise as a result of driving sales across the team. The role is ideal for you if you have previous telesales experience, are motivated by targets and have the desire to specialise and grow in the IT industry.
* Growing the account base through strategic and pro-active calls (warm calling)
* Meeting daily call time KPIs
* Building professional relationships with your accounts and a strong understanding of your account base, to complete accurate account maps and forecasts
* Working collaboratively with your team to achieve team revenue and profit targets

* Previous experience in IT/Distribution Sales
