Minerva is an executive search firmthat works with clients across higher education and the culturaland charity sectors. We support mission-driven organisations inmaking senior executive and non-executiveappointments.
We are now seeking a ProjectCo-ordinator to join our small, friendly and busy team. The rolewill primarily support one of the founding partners of the firm butwill also work closely with other members of the team. Thepost-holder will be responsible for the administration andsmooth-running of executive search projects – arranging meetings,handling advertisement responses, liaising closely with clients andcandidates, putting together client paperwork, tracking invoicing,etc. They will also share other tasks across the firm asrequired.
Candidates must be organisedmulti-taskers, with some prior experience of managing projects.This is a client-facing professional services firm, and so thepost-holder must be comfortable dealing with senior clients andcandidates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills willbe critical.
The office is based in Farringdon,but we all work some of the week from home. Some presence in ourLondon office would be ideal. The partner needing support isWinchester-based and so some face-to-face meetings could take placethere.
