We have a great opportunity for a Pay & Benefits Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for providing an excellent pay and benefits service to our people and administering employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and terminations. Proven experience in employee benefits, payroll and tax legislation. Strong understanding of HR and payroll systems, software, and processes. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to perform complex numerical calculations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels. Experience with managing salary sacrifice schemes and National Minimum Wage compliance. What Youll Be Doing: A variety of administration activities connected to the running of the pension scheme, including leavers, data changes, setting up benefits into payment Performing pension calculations, with the support of the pension team Sending out member communications Collate and process invoices and submitting monthly Trustee bank reconciliation Support other pension team members with pension projects and pensioner payroll What We Offer: Join a global organisation with countless opportunities for growth and leadership.
