We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to develop and execute powerful, social first marketing strategies which drive them towards their key goals 💥
Day-to-day, we'll expect:
Strategic Leadership
Define and implement creative, social first strategies which align to business goals
Content Management
Oversee and get stuck into the creation of engaging content across various platforms
Social Account Management
Managing the daily operations of social media channels, including customer engagement and community building
Relationship Building
Build strong, ongoing relationships with b2b partners and, where appropriate, influencers
Performance Optimisation
Analysing market, competitor and performance data and activities to continuously optimise client spend and ensure the strategy aligns with company goals
Team Support and Collaboration
Working with a cross-functional team to execute different strategic elements - including content creation, video production, photography and web design.
You'll bring some serious skills:
Social media expertise - You'll be a social media native and highly confident in using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X
Excellent copywriting skills - You appreciate the power of words and can tailor your messaging to different demographics.
Creativity and innovation - You'll be an ideas machine. Able to understand our clients needs, products and target market to create a range of concepts and approaches he help them hit their goals
Team leadership - You can bring a team on the journey with you and co-ordinate their tasks to successfully deliver on projects
Organisational prowess - You can manage multiple projects with aplomb with excellent client communication
