We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join our store team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and making a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you!

The role
Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with our customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge.
You’ll interact with people on every shift to help create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
What to expect from the role
1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
2. Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs and preferences.
3. Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and ensure an unforgettable customer experience.
4. Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
5. Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly in the store.
6. Maintain high shop floor standards through merchandising and environment upkeep.
7. Operate the till system, handle transactions including returns and exchanges.
