If so, we would like to hear from you! As a skilled Operational Excellence Process Manager, you will play a vital role in optimising operational efficiency and supporting the delivery of improvement projects across Cambridge English Assessment Operations.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity within Assessment Operations, which delivers services supporting millions of learners worldwide. As part of the Operational Excellence team, you will focus on enhancing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.
As the Operational Excellence Process Manager, you will:
* Support the development and improvement of operational service delivery across Assessment Services.
* Lead process improvement and change initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with Assessment Services Teams to implement Operational Excellence practices using appropriate methodologies and tools.
* Manage the transition of new products and processes into business-as-usual (BAU) operations, ensuring seamless integration.
* Lead root cause analysis on major incidents and design solutions to enhance operational resilience.
* Collaborate with propositions and ideation teams to define and implement new processes and digital solutions, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
About you

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
* Sound knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher).
* Proven ability to facilitate change within a complex organisation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data-driven insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing and motivating diverse groups.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks and next-generation technology deployment.
Essential Experience:
* Advanced experience in process improvement tools and methodologies.
* Substantial change management experience with large programmes.
* Experience in systems development and implementing processes.
* Proven ability to work in a matrix environment with globally diverse teams.
* Practical knowledge of quality frameworks and their application in operational processes.
