Ocean Export Operator - Freight Forwarding
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (DOE)

From You:
* 3+ years' experience in Sea Export Freight Forwarding and a working knowledge of processing export customs entries using CDS.
* Handling FCL and LCL shipments from start to finish including customs clearance, raising, and checking documentation.
* Great communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The Role:
* Quoting overseas agents and UK customers.
* Interacting with UK customers and overseas agents to arrange shipments.
* Providing customer updates and handling customer requests.
* Arranging transport and client updates.
* Providing quotes to overseas agents.
* Invoicing.
* Managing cross trade Sea freight LCL and FCL shipments.
