This permanent role offers an opportunity to become a key part of a supportive and successful team, providing essential administrative support for the Tax Planning and Radius teams. Previous experience working with a solicitor or accountant would be a significant advantage for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support for client projects.
2. Monitor project status and handle administrative aspects such as job status reports, billing, and cost tracking.
3. Assist with efficient team collaboration and delivery of client work.
4. Office-based role to promote seamless in-person team integration and real-time responsiveness.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
1. Previous experience working with a solicitor or accountant would be a significant advantage for the role.
2. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently and within a team.
3. Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy and thoroughness.
4. Communication Skills: Confident communicator, comfortable engaging at all levels.
5. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment with a proactive attitude.
6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft systems and strong administrative experience.
Role Details:
1. Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
2. Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
3. Location: Sheffield (Office-based role)
