Description
1. Proactively assist Sector/Site Managers with daily tasks, inquiries, quotations, and order management.
2. Ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
3. Prepare pricing, tenders, and quotations for manufactured products, procured goods/services, and propose alternative options and pricing to compete with market offerings.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations and update the CRM in coordination with the relevant Sector/Site Manager.
5. Develop proficiency in product costing and pricing using the established price list.
6. Provide support and act as a deputy for Sector/Site Managers during their absence.
7. Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
8. Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
9. Work in a team to achieve shared goals and KPIs.
10. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
11. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
12. Utilise CRM systems to log customer interactions and details.
13. Contribute to team meetings to share best practices and ideas for improvement.
14. Maintain knowledge of the retail industry and company products.
