You will work closely with the highly specialised clinical psychologist and the multi disciplinary team who are all motivated to work in a psychologically focused way to provide the highest quality, person centred care across to people across the county of Lincolnshire. Main duties of the job The post holder will work as a member of the Personality and Complex Trauma Team, offering a specialist psychologist service. The post holder will provide direct expert psychological services to clients within the Personality and Complex Trauma Team, including psychological formulation and a range of therapies. As part of the therapies they offer, they can contribute to the delivery of a full programme Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and training in DBT will be available (we have previously accessed Health Education England (HEE)-funded DBT Diploma places). There will likely also be funding/training opportunities available in other relevant therapies, such as Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT). The postholder will also support the provision of psychologically-informed working across the team by (1) offering group and 1:1 clinical supervision and advice/consultation to the multidisciplinary team (including supervision of trainee psychologists) and (2) contributing to the Continuing Professional Development of the team. The post holder will also develop, and deliver, training related to personality and complex trauma across the organisation and to third-sector organisations.
