Role Overview
As a Site Manager overseeing various residential and commercial projects, you will be responsible for the daily coordination and management of labourers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your role will involve supporting the teams to foster a positive work culture while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

What Does This Look Like?
1. Oversee and manage all on-site activities, including scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
5. Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and quality control records.
6. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.
7. Maintain effective communication with clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
8. Lead and motivate on-site staff to achieve project goals and maintain high performance standards.
What Do You Need to Succeed?
1. Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
3. Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Trade qualification is preferred but not essential.
7. Valid NZ driver's license and ability to travel to different site locations.
