Forward Role are working with an established party supplies wholesaler going through an exciting transformation journey – think re-brand, investment in the latest tech and marketing tools, recruitment of a best in class marketing team ect.
Reporting into the Head of E-commerce and working alongside a Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager, you will take full ownership of the CRM channels and support their ambitious growth journey.
Responsibilities:
Be the architect of the customer engagement strategy, driving conversion, retention, lifetime value, and brand loyalty through sophisticated, data-driven communication channels
Obsess about transforming first-time customers into passionate brand advocates, maximising customer lifetime value through intelligent, personalised email and SMS marketing strategies
Be the custodian of the customer relationship ecosystem, ensuring every interaction builds deeper connection and drives commercial performance
Lead customer engagement not just operationally but strategically, by building a data-driven, customer-centric approach that feels personal and authentic
Create and implement automated lifecycle programmes that guide customers seamlessly from first purchase to loyal advocate
Develop sophisticated segmentation strategies that enable hyper-personalized communication
Implement a rigorous test-and-learn approach, using data insights to continuously optimize performance
Monitor and report on key CRM performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations to leadership
What you will need:
Proven track record in CRM management, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Strong analytical skills with ability to derive strategic insights from data
Grit, passion, and perseverance in driving customer engagement
Exceptional communicator with ability to translate data into compelling brand stories
Process-oriented, with strong skills in developing and managing complex communication workflows
Strong technical proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to customer relationship management
Strong commercial acumen, focusing on customer lifetime value and brand loyalty
