1. Responsible for carrying out customer enquiries either by phone, email, or walk-in and general administrative duties.
2. Record orders through the company systems and follow set procedures.
3. Organizing deliveries and collections of equipment.
4. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers.
5. Administer sales and hires through the set procedures of the company.
6. Deal with customer enquiries, build, and maintain relationships.
7. Support and communicate with other depots in the area.

1. Experience in a similar role essential; within the same industry would be advantageous but not essential.
2. Strong IT skills.

1. Salary dependent on experience.
