This is an exciting opportunity to join the Leadership team in Neurosurgery. Ward 43 / NECU is a Neurosurgical ward that cares for patients and their relatives whilst going through a form of spinal or brain injury. It is made up of 34 ward beds and 12 Enhanced care beds. The post holder will be expected to rotate between both the ward and NECU.

Ward 43 Clinical Sisters / Charge Nurse are responsible for continually aiming for high standards of care and supporting the management team. In turn, the management team will support your professional development and offer guidance for your career goals. The post holder will be expected to coordinate the ward and work clinically. An understanding of the operational demands and clinical pressures are essential whilst maintaining quality of care and patient safety.
Neurosurgical Experience Is Not Essential.
