OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time Warehouse Support, you will facilitate the movement of product to our customers and support the replenishment of our Fast Solution devices. This is an entry-level position based out of our branch located at Unit 13 Duffryn Ct, Duffryn Industrial Estate, Ystrad Mynach, Wales that will prepare you for a long-term career at Fastenal Europe.
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the local team with inquiries and orders
* Placing orders within our international vendor network
* Receiving and shipping product
* Inspecting and packaging product
* Complying with safety regulations
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
* Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
* Assisting with sales/customer service
* Demonstrate strong computer and math skills
* Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail
* Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
* Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
* Work independently as well as in a team environment

* Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages on a regular basis.
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
* Prior experience in sales or industry experience and knowledge of the local market
