This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on their Engineering function. As the Mechanical Shift Leader, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager leading the maintenance activities on shift.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
2. Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
3. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximise equipment uptime and minimise downtime.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
5. Manage maintenance inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts and equipment.
Key Skills:
1. Experience in an Engineering supervisor or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
2. Previous experience of CMMS systems.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
* A minimum of a Level 3 in mechanical Engineering.
