Customer Advisors for full time and part time, permanent opportunities in Belfast. On behalf of our client, a leading utilities provider, we are seeking individuals that are passionate about providing excellent customer service to join their friendly, in house team. About the role: You will be responsible for recording customer and job request details on company systems and initiating appropriate responses, in line with defined business processes to deliver excellent customer service, paying particular attention to safety, sales and standards of service requirements. Provision of general administrative support including the planning of asset maintenance programmes, documentation verification, and data input. The job holder will also be responsible for inbound and outbound customer contacts in respect of gas emergencies, asset maintenance programme updates and general customer queries. Hours: A Full-Time position 37 hours per week. 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri, and 1 evening a week until 7pm either as over time or a late start day. Part time, the organisation can discuss a shift pattern to suit you. Starting salary £22,630 pro rata or £11.76 per hour. Salary reviews after probation and again after 12 months taking the salary up to £23,630 per annum.
